A Message from Our Principal, Mr. Hsiao Jui-Yu

"Education is nothing but love and a good example." This quote is my firm belief. I think education should always start with love and show students what a good example looks like. The school, the teachers, the staff, and the parents all help set this example. As the principal, I believe I should lead with love, caring for everyone in the school community. Being a good example myself is the key to a great school.

My Main Ideas

• Growing Every Student's Talent: I believe every student is a great person. We help each student become their best self.

• Treating Every Teacher as a Great Mentor: I respect our teachers' skills and help them work together as a strong team.

• Working with Parents as Partners: We team up with parents to give students more ways to learn.

• Running Our School as One Big Family: I want our school to be a warm and friendly place where everyone helps each other.

My Educational Philosophy

• Students Come First: Everything we do at school is for the students. We make sure they can learn in the best way possible. Teachers also come first. I help our teachers so they can be happy in their jobs, and our students can learn well.

• A Friendly School for All: We want to help students grow in every way—in their minds, their bodies, and their feelings. We make sure our school is safe, clean, and beautiful, so it's a great place to learn.

• Helping Every Student Shine: Every student is smart in their own way. We offer different activities to help each student find their talents and feel successful. We teach each student in a way that works best for them.

• Leading with Care: I treat everyone with kindness and work hard. I want to be a good example for our teachers and students.

• Working Together as a Team: Teachers, parents, and the school team are all partners. We work together to make our school better for everyone.

• Learning and Growing: I believe that all of us in education must keep learning new things. We support our teachers and give them new tools so they can teach well and prepare our students for the future.

My Vision for the Future

I believe "education is about lighting a lamp." It's my job to help every student shine. I promise to keep working hard and stay dedicated to this job. When I see the hope in a child's eyes, I know my work is important.

I believe that love makes education better, and education helps love grow.

I hope that because of me, students will fly high, teachers will love to teach, and parents will feel confident in our school.
